Revolution in Production: Van Dijks Roggebrood Goes Ergonomic and Efficient

Van Dijks Roggebrood (rye bread) has taken a powerful step toward a future of improved production efficiency and ergonomic responsibility. With the ambition to optimize their mixing process, they partnered with Havantec for an innovative solution that not only increases capacity, but also saves man-hours and is cost effective.

In the past, Van Dijk Roggebrood struggled with outdated mixing equipment that was not only labor intensive, but also did not meet today's ergonomic standards. Thanks to a strategic decision to invest in two highly advanced 6,000-liter N&N mixers, their production capacity has been significantly increased and time-consuming manual processes are a thing of the past.

From the beginning, the partnership with Havantec was characterized by proactive cooperation and customized solutions. The N&N mixers, tailored to the specific needs of Van Dijk Roggebrood, promise to revolutionize the production process. From overcoming space limitations to developing special in-and-out systems, every feature is designed to provide accuracy, efficiency and control.

The highlights of this collaborative story were the company visits. Together with a delegation from Van Dijk, our CEO Hans van Tuijl and Sales Manager Patrick Sulèr visited both partner J.A. Ter Maten Pluimveebedrijf B.V. in Bunschoten-Spakenburg, where a 4500-liter N&N mixer successfully is used for years, and producer N&N Nadratowski in Bielsk, Poland. Both visits provided transparency and strengthened confidence in the machines and Havantec as a partner.

The installation of these advanced systems was a seamless collaboration between Havantec and Van Dijk Roggebrood, with a complete plan of action and efficient execution paving the way for flawless production starting in May.
